Free Shipping
Orders over $99 (before applicable taxes) ship for free with some notable exceptions:
- Large items such as pianos, some drum kits, etc. will require an additional surcharge to ship.
- Delivery to remote addresses.
- Generally, nearly all items qualify for the free shipping program. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be identified.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $99 within Fredericton city limits. For orders under $99, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are generally made same-day during business hours. We will contact you via voice or text message using the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm a workable delivery time.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in-store at 396 Queen Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are during business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
Due to supplier restrictions we do not ship new items internationally.
Consignment and storied instruments may be shipped internationally.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tonysmusicbox.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Open items and special orders may be returned for a refund but will be subject to a restocking fee assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@tonysmusicbox.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Price Matching
We will match pricing on an in-stock, identical item from any Canadian retailer. Some exceptions apply for demo products, factory seconds, or items that are offered bundled to specific retailers under a special SKU. If in doubt give us a call to confirm.
